use warm (not hot) Grounds, make like a paste, and smear it on, then cover and let soak. the caffene will be absorbed by your skin and into the first couple layers of fat the caffien will then raise the matabolism of these cells causeing them to use more energy… so yes it works… but don’t expect to get in a tub of joe and come out miraculously thin…it really tightens the skin more than melts away the flab,
Since Tyra still has cellulite, I’d say it does not work.
Working out usually helps. T_T
sounds like it hurts then you would smell like coffeee it might work
Its not coffee, its just moing around cellulite constantly. It breaks it down, just use any lotion and a couple of times a day rub it in and massage. That should cut it down a bit.
No, caffeine is crap for getting rid of cellulite. I don’t think Tyra Banks had any to begin with. Also don’t waste money on anti-cellulite lotions, they don’t work. If you massage with moisturiser, do some exercise, and drink more water & less coffee/ alcohol, that might help.
No way, it does not penetrate the skin. cellulite is way deep under the surface. only diet and exercise or surgery can help.
Yeah she did say that. But I dont think it was in hot coffee. Just mix it with a little water and a cottonball and rub it whereever. It helps to tenderize it I think.
She would know so i would go with her advise.
