I was so incredibly overtasked, overwhelmed, and frustrated this morning that I had what amounted to a temper tantrum on our MWF team call. I apologized for my reaction later, and then realized (when it was pointed out to me) that I needed a mental health day. I went off the clock at noon, and I’ll be taking Friday off completely.
