Oooo…..! I have this one perfected. I use about a tbsp. of instant coffee (Folgers is good), put it in a shots worth of hot water, pour into a cup. Add your favorite flavoring, mine is Irish Cream, chocolate syrup, milk and ice, if you want it iced. If you want it hot, just pour to the top with milk and nook it for about 2 minutes! Voila! Add whip to top it off if you like
)
blender, cream, coffee, caramel, and whipped cream
I do it cuz it my sweet tooth thing
place a cup of ice in blender, add a cup of coffee, add 1/4 cup cream and some ice cream caramel, and some chocolate chips if you have any, blend and server add whipped cream on top
caramel,chocolate chips, whipped cream optional
Brew your coffee with spring water instead of tap water. This sometimes can effect the taste depeding on the type of coffee you brew and the quality of your tap water. Allow it to cool. Then add ice. Then add cream and sugar to your liking.
By cold brewing it.
Use good coffee, medium grind. Put it in a container with bottled or filtered water (tap is OK, but it’s nice to use good stuff) at a ratio of 3 or 4:1 water to coffee. So for a 1/3 cup of coffee use a cup or bit more of water.
Cover it to keep it clean, and let it sit for at least 4 hours. I like it to sit overnight. Generally 4 hours on the counter then into the fridge.
The end result will be considerably more potent than basic iced coffee, so you can either dilute it to taste all at once, or mix it with water on a per glass basis. Try diluting it with an equal amount of water to start, and add more as you go. Remember that when you pour it over ice, some of the ice will melt and further dilute your coffee, so use cold water or pre-chill it well.
Add milk and sweetener to taste. Using Splenda works nicely by the way, since it dilutes easily whereas sugar will gather at the bottom of a glass of cold liquid unless you stir or shake for about 3 days.
Good quality coffee that you love to drink hot………. add ice.
I use instant coffee…About a teaspoon full. plus 1 teaspoon sugar ( to taste) mix with boiling water until dissolved.
Add cold chilled milk, colder the better, a scoop of vanilla icecream….Blend and top with whipped cream
Starbucks Iced Coffee Recipe:
Starbucks Frappuccino

• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 1/2 cups low-fat milk
• 1 Tbls. pectin OR 1 tsp. pectin + 1 tsp. arrowroot
1. Stir sugar into espresso. Cool mixture.
2. Stir milk and pectin into espresso mixture until pectin is dissolved.
3. Fill a glass with ice and either serve mixture over ice, or pour glass contents into blender and blend for 30-45 seconds. Enjoy!
