How Do You Know If Drinking Coffee Is Causing Problems?
4 July 2009 in Coffee makerI usually drink only two cups of coffee every day, but at least one of them is made at home with the amount of coffee grounds normal people use for three or more cups. I would also usually have two or three cups of green tea. It doesn’t seem like a lot but I wonder if I could be senstive to caffeine and if that could be why I feel irritable a lot lately and have some trouble concentrating.
It’s also hot out and the busiest time of year at work, and I feel under pressure because I have to get ready for an art show in my spare time, and there’s a lot of annoying tourists at work. Usually I don’t get annoyed so easily though. Also, my jaw feels tense, so I wonder if other people get similar effects if they have a problem with caffeine.

Yes I would say you are getting too much caffeine. It can make you jittery and uptight and tense, tension in your jaw.
When you are very busy your body needs fuel. Cut back on the caffeine, eat something with your coffee that is not high in sugar. If you feel sluggish during the day have some fruit juice and a granola bar or a yogurt, or bagel, some kind of quick food to keep you going instead of Coffey or tea.
it can make you very tense and give you heart palpitations i had to give it up because after drinking it for years it started making my heart go crazy
