How To Brew A Perfect Cup Of Coffee?

8 July 2009 in Coffee maker

It seems I have the hardest time brewing that “perfect cup of coffee”. It’s either too weak or too strong or just plain blah! I tried several different brands as well as coffee makers. I ALWAYS follow directions to a T but still can’t get that “Aaaahhhhh!” yummy taste.
I’m looking for advice on brands as well as methods to help ensure that “perfect cup O’Joe”.
All answers appreciated.

  3. I freshly grind beans daily for the best tasting coffee. Many will argue you must have a special grinder or coffee maker, but I don’t go to that detail. Use a lighter roast coffee and make it stronger than normal, which will yield a robust and good tasting cup of coffee…I can smell mine now!!

  5. Have you tried a percolater or french press to make coffee? Do you buy your own beans and grind them yourself? Of the various beans, do mix and match them. Have you tried going to the restaurant that serves your favorite cup and ask how, what etc? I like to think myself a true coffee acheiver, no sugar, just black thank you. It took me plenty of experimentation mixing and matching to create my own special blend of “Aaaahhhhh!”
    Good Luck

  7. No machine should be used.
1, Make a very hot water.
2, Drop a little hot water on the ground coffee so that it become just wet.
3, Wait a few seconds so much as you can enjoy the aroma from the wet coffee.
4, Then add hot water on the coffee untill the cone-shaped instumenst is full with water. Make sure the brown foam covers coffee.
    That is it!
*Try to make only one or two cups of coffee for each time. Warm the coffee cup before you make.

  9. I have provided a link to a great website about how to make any type of coffe drink. Just don’t try to make them all in one day or you are bound to get the shakes.http://www.coffeegeek.com/

  11. I would tell you how I make my coffee, because everyone in my family tells me, “you make one damn good cup of coffee.” But, we like ours extra strong. We drink New Olreans blend Community Coffee with chickory. Stronger than reg coffee right there. It’s dark dark and might jell if we let it cool. Email me at kalliea923@yahoo.com if you still want to know how many scoops and cups of water I put.
