Is Coffee Bad For Your Health And Is Tea Better?

28 June 2009 in Coffee maker

I have been totally turned off to coffee for the past several months. It used to be a big part of my life but one day, it did not appeal to me and still doesn’t it. Don’t understand what happened but my body doesn’t want it.
Are their any benefits to having stopped coffee and started drinking more teas? Why would I suddenly have an aversion to coffee?

  1. Coffee is fine for adults to drink in moderation. Recent studies have indicated that there may be some health benefits from having a cup or two each morning. Obviously, it’s not a substitute for fruits or vegetables or other healthy beverages, but for most people, it’s not bad in moderation.

  11. Both in any excess is not good for you, but coffee is indeed the worse of the two. Its the caffine mainly which can over time and in too bigger quantity damage your kidneys as one example.
