No, you cannot turn a regular coffe into decaf coffee. Decaffeination is done while processing. If you really want to have coffee to help your sore throat, you can minimise the amount of coffee, try a half or quarter shot latte.
I’m afraid not. It is done during the processing of the bean for commercial use.
Nope, try some tea. Or, my little guy LOVES warmed up juice when his throat is scratchy.
Decaffinating coffee beans is an expensive industrial process, requiring large scale chemical plant. It cannot be performed economically on a small domestic scale.
There are some excellent decaffinated instant and ground coffees available commercially.
I don’t think so. Maybe you could just make super weak coffee. Even just hot water and honey may help if you don’t have any tea.
