The three things I am sure of are; it makes you urinate a lot, the caffeine causes sleeplessness, and it will stain your teeth.
LOL i hate coffee but my friends luv it, some had a horrible toilet problem…painful poo haha
You get to where to have to have coffee everyday to function. it is a fact. But, many, many good things come from coffee, too.

Oh yea I also heard it raises your blood pressure, but idk
Well, the biggest problem with it that it causes anxiety. Forget it if you are prone to that. People with socila phobia are well advised to steer clear of it.

CUT DOWN ON THE COFFEE
They say coffee is good for your health but in moderation – no more than 2 cups a day. More than 2 cups may cause problems for you – rapid heart beat, nervousness, etc.
If you drink no more than 2 cups a day you should be fine!!
