starbucks is toooo burnt. um, there’s this coffee called “wild ***” from arbor vitae java and juice..fantastic stuff. seattle’s best is alright, umm dunkin donuts is pretty good, but kind of weak. I am really really surprised by the quality of mcdonalds and wendys coffee though.
We don’t have much variety at the stores near me. I buy Seattle’s Best. Millstone is good. I even like 8 O’clock. I grind the beans myself. I like French roast the best. Must have half-n-half with it. No powder, milk, creamer or anything like that. Occasionally, I use sugar. I like it ground fine and brewed strong. So no McDonald’s or 711. I probably drink too much so I don’t buy the gormet stuff mentioned, though I hear it’s very good. You msaid no Starbucks. When I lived in Chicago and Philly, I never went to Starbucks. Only mom nad pop coffee houses. Now Starbucks is the best (only) thing around. Sad.
Costa Rican coffee. Called Cafe’ Rica
& New Orleans CDMhttp://shop.cafedumonde.com/coffee.html
Any Gevalia brand coffee is delicious. Check out their website, http://www.gevalia.com. It is always smooth and tasty.
John,
I HIGHLY recommend Green Mountain Coffee Roasters from Vermont.
Their coffees taste great.
They also support environmentally sound farming.
Try their Hazelnut and Kona.
“Ranger”
Folgers French vanilla.
Mystic Monk Costa Rican is the very best. It’s roasted by Carmelite Monks in Wyoming.
